"I love this place but I’m afraid I won’t be purchasing the new açaí recipe, it’s WAY TOO SWEET. Even the “new” classic is difficult to eat. Someone said it was the old recipe but it isn’t. Is there a way I can have the old one back?"

"I go to the herriman location all the time but was in the area so stopped by the Riverton location. I ordered the same thing I do every time. A classic acai bowl. This one I got had 2 pieces of Strawberries on top and the base was so sweet it was not edible. It tasted like i was eating straight honey mixed with sugar. It taste nothing like a normal acai bowl and i order them often. The color of the bowl was also way darker than normal but didn't think touch about it until I tried to eat the bowl and it tasted so gross."

"One of the most awkward experiences I have ever had at any fast food place. We got 2 smoothies and paid for them, and then the girl asked “do you want to leave a tip?” Like who is the manager here and why are they asking for tips, that’s not how you get tips! You don’t put the customers on the spot! That is so unprofessional and impolite, and awkward, never coming here again!"

"I'm a regular Roxberry customer. I typically order the acai smart blend because it doesn't contain banana (banana gives me discomfort), we stopped by this location after visiting the hospital across the street and I ordered the usual. Upon receiving my acai smart blend I immediately noticed the overwhelming flavor of banana so I let my wife try it so told me it tasted like a banana smoothie and not at all like acai. Guess that was $10 down the drain."

"The smoothies are great, they were out of all other food…but I came and there were two cars in front of me and it’s was over a 30 minute wait and no cars are moving at all…for 30 minutes. I have a crying child in the back seat…and I am stuck in line because I can’t move! Once it was my turn I didn’t even stop for anything and the lady in front of me who obviously was waiting longer than me did the same thing! Im sure it feels great losing sales! I guess I’ll need to find a new place!"
