Wendy's

"My friends placed a HUGE order with multiple frosties, nuggets, fries and sodas, at around 11:30, then it said delivered. We went out side to get our food but it wasn’t there. Then they said it was delivered at a different location. THEN they said it would be here in 35 minutes. 45 minutes later it’s 12:50. We called and said where is our order, and they said they closed at 12:00. We ordered it before midnight and still never got our food even though we payed."

"We ordered two Baconatores. That is what we got. A bun, two patties of dried out over cooked meat, and a bit of bacon. No mayo. No catsup. Not even any meat juice/grease on the bun. Maybe they just had a bad day, but this is the second time we have had similar bad luck at this Wendy's at about 2000 West 13600 South in Riverton UT. Remember to check your order BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW."

"We went to the Wendy's drive through today. And we were greeted with "welcome to Wendy's please order when you are ready." So we looked at the menu. Roughly 15 seconds later they said if there was something they could help us find. I said no. We are still looking at the menu. About 10 seconds after that someone else asked if we needed help finding something. Again i said no we are w do looking.. about 7 seconds after that this other person comes on hunt speaker in an irritated voice. Basically telling us we have to go in to order cause they are on a timer. This was incredibly rude. Especially after telling us to order when we were ready.. So we ordered the $6 biggie bag, a single hamburger, and fries. Total was $19.56. I've included the receipt. When I order their queso fries it usually as almost no queso so I did ask for extra cheese which I'm okay paying extra for. But I also didn't expect to get charged twice. I assume that was retaliation for us trying to decide what we wanted to order. So yeah I'm not going there again and I recommend none of you go there either. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in the last few years."

"Hit and miss with this Wendy’s. When I went most recently, it was mostly a hit. They had a hard time figuring out what the RSL deal was for them scoring a goal. Sometimes they hit and it’s great, other times they take forever when you go inside, since they prioritize the drive through. Miss having a 4 for $4 that actually has a good serving of food. They didn’t ask what meal I wanted w my 4 for $4"

"This Wendy's ALWAYS forgets things but this time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich in a lettuce wrap and they didn't put any toppings on it. So I paid $6 for a single chicken breast and some lettuce. Not happy at all"
