They took the time to take off both the footrest and an arm so that they could make the turn without damaging the chair or the door frame. Thanks for the great job!"

"I would leave a -5 star review if I could. My experience was nothing short of horrible. Out of the five gentlemen that showed up, only two were competent. One was definitely high and kept zoning out. He couldn’t even follow simple directions. I had everything packed, labeled and ready to go. Everything was sectioned off so they knew exactly if it went to storage pods or the moving truck. They messed everything up. Spend two hours loading things in the wrong place, spend another hour correcting part of the problem. They took stuff to storage that was supposed to be going to the house. We still haven’t been able to locate all of our boxes. They didn’t even bring enough wrapping material and had to use ours. Then to top it off they got lost for 45 minutes trying to find where they were supposed to go. They had the address and were supposed to follow my husband. When I complained about everything they offered me $200 refund for a $3,500 bill. Although I had to sign a contract to not leave a bad review. I refused, because honestly I think people need to know what they are signing up for. Never again will I hire this company to help me with moving. I definitely would never recommend them."
