"I ordered my pizza and it was missing a side order and the pizza was also missing toppings that were supposed to be on it. It was delivered to me by a third party so the Marcos manager said it was not their fault. However I have the receipt and everything is clearly marked on the receipt of what I was supposed to get. I don't blame the driver because the box was sealed shut with a big sticker by Marcos so they couldn't open it. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I have a yucky pizza and can't get my money back."

"The atmosphere and service were phenomenal. The pizza could have been better. It’s possible it was a unique situation but the crust was pretty burnt. There was a large bubble covering a couple of the slices and pulling the bubble away revealed that burnt crust with nothing in between. If the pizza wasn’t burnt I’m sure it would have been much better as the toppings were good."
