Domino's Pizza,

"Great rewards program. Food is always made well. I've had to wait longer than I would like for a pickup, but overall service is good. When the driver couldn't find my apartment, Domino's gave me a free pizza. Quite happy overall with the service."

"Ordered through the app and got an estimated wait time of 35-45 minutes. I know these times aren't exact but in the past they have been close. Showed up to the store after 45 minutes and they said it would be 1-5 more minutes. I waited patiently and asked about 10 minutes later. They again said 1-5 minutes. In total it was 45 minutes of waiting in the store with the employees telling me it will be out soon. If I would have been told the truth to begin with I could have saved myself 45 minutes and gone somewhere else. I don't mind waiting if they tell me to begin with because I can use my time elsewhere or I can order pizza from a different store. Being lead on for 45 minutes is ridiculous and not worth it for pizza. I recommend going to a different Domino's that will respect your time"

"Asked for garlic knots and a pepperoni pizza. Waited 30 minutes and Got my stuff. drove to a park and Opened it all up. it wasn’t my food. Drove back and asked for a refund because I wasn’t about to wait another 30 minutes for them to correct a Mistake they made. They said no to the refund. Now I’m sitting here waiting another 35 minutes for them to make me the right food. This gives me time to write a review while I wait.✍️"

"The pizza is well seasoned and yummy. We loved the interactive service. It's more on the expensive end for the size of what you purchase, but the flavor carries though."

"If the store is backed up, “because it’s a Friday” as they said and apologized for many times while seven of us were waiting, then the website should have more up to date time-frames. It told me my pizza would take 17-29 minutes when I ordered and I didn’t get the pizza in my hands until it had been 50 minutes. That’s a waste of my time. Now that my husband is eating his pizza at home it’s not cut through all the way and it’s extra charred. What a waste of money."
