"I was super unsatisfied, I was overcharged I’m pretty sure they charged me for the previous persons mileage as well as mine, not to mention I received it and just under half a tank and the online system said I needed to be at 3/4 tank. I think altogether the online system didn’t update from the previous renter. How many people do they do this to everyday? Getting double pay for every rental, I might have avoided this if I didn’t do the online rental. Who knows? When I spoke with customer service they said they wouldn’t do anything because the mileage matched."
"Tiffany the assistant manager is great she helped me with a couple different problems and got them resolved right away. The rest of the staff is courteous and helpful as well. I would highly recommend getting a storage unit from there."
"Absolutely Terrible customer service by Heather Horton the GM lady. I had an appointment for 8am to get hitch wiring installed, i was here right on time as instructed yesterday. Tech said if i get here at 8am he would start right away.. They know I'm sitting here with a 5 year old waiting. I was told 1.5 hour wait by the tech when I made the appointment which was fine. It is now after 9am and they still haven't started!!! I simply asked him when they will get started, I'm then abruptly greeted very rudely by the GM who is up on her high horse thinking shes something special, telling me it will now take 3-5 hours and if I have a problem with that I can take my business elsewhere, she also told me not to "harrass" the tech when i simply asked a question and wasnt rude at all.....Who says that to a waiting customer thats been waiting an hour already with a 8am appointment, a 5 year old and hasn't even started anything. What's the point of an appointment???? I hope she gets fired or demoted, the way she handled the situation was nowhere near GM standards and I'm sure Uhaul as a business doesn't approve the way she represents the company and handles situations. Looking at all these other reviews it seems that she's a problem for the company. Hopefully Corporate sees this and handles the situation."
"The people working in this location struggled with my reservation because I had booked with a dealer and was moved by U-Haul customer service. Checking in took quite a bit of time. The employees were NOT friendly. One of the young women was quite rude about the situation with me having already paid for mattress bags and them somehow not seeing that on their end. She expressed anger towards me when I asked if they could give me the items after proving I had paid for them. I had to show my phone to verify the order and charge. The young woman took my phone from me and did not return it which I realized after leaving the facility so I had to turn around and go back, which added unnecessary miles to the rental. When done with the rental I called U-Haul customer service to ask if I could return the rental early. I was told yes, as long as I got there before 7 pm, which was closing time. We arrived at 6:33 and were told inside that they stopped taking returns at 6:30, which was inconsistent with what I was told when on the phone with a rep. Aside from the truck being in fine condition, this was not a pleasant experience and I would NOT recommend this location to others."
"I would like to thank the person that accepted my return. I got to the drop-off location in Clearfield Utah and was 10 mins late. The employees were putting equipment away and wanting to go home, obviously i show up late cause I was coming from out of state and stuck in traffic, I ask if they can do it in person. She said YES I would love to. I felt great honor to do business with this type of company that has employees, who are willing of going the extra mile for a common person like me. Please thank your employees that go the extra mile for others. Keep up the good work!"
