Little Caesars Pizza

"Made an order online. It was ready in 20 minutes. I walked right in and grabbed my order from the kiosk. Everything was there. It was hot and ready still by the time I got home. I love their pizza and their prices"

"For what it's worth- this location always seems to have a lot more pizzas ready to go than any other location. I go a little out of my way to swing by here. I'd also say that their customer service is pretty up to par as well."

"Went to this Little Caesars for dinner tonight since the app said it would be a 40+ minute wait to pick up a pizza. I decided to roll the dice and go in to order instead. I was told that it would be a 15 or so minute wait for a pepperoni pizza and I said I was fine with the wait. After 30 minutes, and after person after person who had come in after me got their orders and left, I got upset. I just ended up asking for a refund, and it took the manager 5 minutes to come up front. I didn’t get any apologizes for the wait either so that was frustrating. They ended up still giving me the pizza after they refunded me, so that’s the only reason I’m giving them more than one star. But for a place that claims to have “hot and ready” pizza that makes a customer wait 30+ minutes for a not-so-great pizza should change their slogan."

"We ordered a sausage, pepperoni, vegetable and three meat pizza. The three meat and pepperoni were fine. The sausage and vegetable pizza were lacking. Could have used more toppings on those two. The crust was good and not under baked like some I've had from this franchise. Food was ready in the time frame provided."

"We tried using the Online order because we were getting a stuffed crust it was very fast for getting a fresh pizza but it still wasn't ready when i arived. The staff was a bit rude because i stared to go to the pick up machines and instead of a "hello how cam i help you" i got a " there arent any orders in there... did you order online....?" Other then that it was great using the no contact system they have that allows you to pull out your hot and ready pizza yourself! the pizza was very poorly cut you can see from the jaged edges on the pizza in the picture but we basically had to tear the pieces apart... flavor was good just what you expect from little ceasers that coupled with the bad initial service is why they lost a star on their review. It still has a long wait on fridays"
