"I went to Carl’s Jr to get the California Classic Combo deal as advertised on the outside poster. I was charged for the combo but did not get the burger as advertised. The picture shows lettuce, tomato, and some kind of creamy thousand island or something. I got none of the things I listed - it was just a basic cheeseburger that I got overcharged for. It is listed as 5.99 on the poster and i got charged 6.99. If you’re going to advertise and charge me for a deal, give me the deal. Not coming back."

"Drive thru was open until midnight. Tried getting service at 11:45 and they would not serve me. When no one answered the drive thru order (even though it was still lit up), I drove up to the window. Everyone just looked and ignored me. Not even an I’m sorry but we closed the kitchen early. I will not be back to this location!"

"I am at this Carl's Jr all the time and it's always an unbeatable experience! Service is fast, quality food and most of all is the service quality. I tend to always get a woman who deserves a massive raise. So if the owner reads this, the drive thru woman who was working at 6:45 11/24/23. Give her something to show how great she is! "This happens all too often. I just got back from there going through the drive-thru. I ordered a steak and egg and cheese burrito. I paid over $6 for it. When I got home and opened it, it was just barely bigger than a little tiny McDonald's burrito. They put nothing in it except for egg, a little bit of cheese and one slice of bacon. I paid four times the price for a miniature McDonald's burrito."
