"This is the worst, most useless, most dishonest business I have come across in many years. Someone took my package. Either someone at Fetch or someone else. This issue is everywhere Fetch is, so I would have to believe Fetch is doing it. My package was delivered and left out on the step at Fetch in the middle of the day when someone should have been there to receive packages. They claimed nobody ever saw it and nobody checked it in. After I gave them all the information requested they stated they couldn't prove that the package was delivered to Fetch so I was just out of luck and they weren't going to refund me for my item. I sent the photo a second time. In the end, I did get a refund for my item. I was the lucky one. Their M.O. seems to be steal all the packages and claim stupidity and blame the customer, which is what they did to me. In my opinion, this place should be put out of business, CEOs probably arrested. If you look at the photos, it definitely appears that people don't actually work here and that packages are left in an unsecured area. This is exactly what they say they DON'T do. Lies. They claim to be solving a problem by being a more secure delivery option. They are not secure at all."
