"Trax is quite inconsistent. They may leave you as you're physically running up to the train, or they may be 5-15 minutes late. It's tough to tell, and there seems to be a great variation in the alertness and kindness of train operators. I've seen a few look out their window BEFORE turning off the doors for departure, waiting for that person who's running for the train. And then I've seen them sit for a few seconds without looking at all, leaving some breathless person standing at the door as they pull away. Either way, it's $2.50 to get downtown, and about $12 for a Lyft or Uber. The train is fairly clean, and quiet. But there are also lots of homeless who ride the trains without paying since enforcement seems very lax. I'd love to rate this station higher, but a year and a half of experience in using it weekly has told me that they have a long way to go to be consistent."
