"I was very disappointed with my experience at Subway this morning, your TV advertising campaign says that you cut your meats fresh. They did not cut meats fresh. They were sitting in the case old, and when I ask her when the meats were cut, she said this morning and they use up what they didn’t use yesterday, this is very disappointing. I was expecting a sub sandwich that was cut and served fresh. Beware subway does not cut meats fresh and their associates are not very kind. Aside from that the food is OK. The dynamic experience is adequate maybe someday subway the corporation will communicate with the entrepreneurs out here , great food. Great quality friendly service. Should be the motto here."

"I love subway always have. I even worked there for two years. Usually I have very positive experiences at them. This subway was different When I showed up the employee helping me was very short and I had to remind her several times about what I wanted on my sandwich. She also toasted it without asking me. That’s fine whatever. While my sandwich was in the toaster another employee came out and started being super affectionate to the worker making my sandwich. It was super awkward. While they were snuggling and doing whatever they were doing one of the workers looked my way and smiled in a way that kind of creeped me out. Overall just a strange experience and I would not come back."

"Went to scan with the app to get my points, and because I wasn’t familiar with the app it charged it to the wrong card (needed to charge a work account). The staff said they could text the manager and get a pin, but that it could take awhile and they couldn’t do anything. I like subway, but they need to give more control to their employee to provide better customer support. Also, their app is the worst and seems to charge without a prompt and no way to easily confirm the purchase. Definitely deleting the app."

"I ordered a sandwich from this store online, and there were multiple things wrong with my sandwich. The chipotle, mayo, olives, and onions were all missing from my sandwich. In addition, there was pepper and some kind of vinagrette on the sandwich as well as jalapenos. The bread is soggy. I'm not even sure if I can eat this sandwich. I tried to call the store to talk to them. They let the phone ring until the answering machine just told that they're not there and to call back later. It wouldn't even let me leave a message. I will never order from this store again."
