Domino's Pizza

"Paid for it, never recieved it, can't get refund. I ordered a pizza on 9 January and they never delivered it. They charged me, won't answer the phone, and my four complaints to corporate have not been answered-I even spoke with them on the phone at corporate and nothing came of it. I don't care about the 30 plus dollars, I just don't see how this Domino's can literally steal my money. I now am having my bank dispute the charge because Domino's won't lift one of their dishonest fingers to resolve the problem. I won't ever order Domino's again."

"Ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza, when I checked it in the store to make sure it was made right, unfortunately there was hardly any chicken on it. 0-3 bits of chicken per slice. I brought this up to the manager, she insisted that this was the measured amount of chicken for the pizza, saying they would remake it for me but I would have to pay for additional chicken. Being short on time and already costing $17 for one pizza, my opted to leave. This is my go-to pizza from Domino's, I order it frequently during business trips and movies at my house. I know this pizza. Having a few slices without any chicken at all is obviously not right. This is the first time I've ordered it from this location, and I guess it'll be the last one too."

"Second time I've ordered pizza from this location. They don't honor the 2 minute to your car DOOR guarantee. I had to go inside and get it yet they said it was "ready" when it clearly says to your car door. And this time i ordered pizza there's barely any cheese on it. There's several slices that are basically crust and pepperoni."

"Tried to make an order tonight via the app which never works. Called this location and was on hold for 5 minutes before getting an answer. The staff woman was extremely short with me and when I asked her to just cancel the order (because she couldn't provide an estimate of how long the order would take to arrive), she hung up after having taken all of my card info. Then when I called back to make sure the order was cancelled I was ignored for 15 minutes. Had to use a different phone and that one got answered after 5 minutes. Then she had difficulty finding the order despite having been provided the address and phone number multiple times and having just talked to me. Then she got an attitude as I was clearly agitated with the whole experience (that WAS communicated to her, so she should have understood). This is why we never order dominoes, because of cruddy apps and staff like this woman."

"Only giving one star for this location because the delivery driver Elias was nice and professional. Placed an order and according to the tracker via Dominos app it was sitting at the store for an hour before I called to check on it. The person answering the phone told me it was on the way and already left the store. After ending the call the app said driver left the store. I don’t appreciate being lied to. When the pizzas arrived they were stale and cold from sitting so long so I asked the driver to return them and recook the order. Another 45 min passes and I call agin to check on the status of the recook. Again was told the driver left with the order “a while ago”. I asked for an eta and he was unable to tell me. The app says it still hasn’t left the store…..I’ve worked in a restaurant for 15 years, don’t lie to your customers if you are running behind. Whoever is answering the phones needs to be retrained. Second round of pizza arrives…. Looks exactly the same!!!! Phone call number 3 I spoke with a manager demanding a refund at this point… his response…”yea well I want to quit my job” then hung up on me."
