"Started a plan with the manager of store, who was severely uninformed with sales. She admitted that she doesn’t do sales within five minutes of our three hour long interaction as she got me set up with a plan. Two weeks later, return to the store to discuss major call/text/data connectivity issues (new iPhone is incapable of doing anything between the hours of 7am and 10pm). Speak with same manager. She says that she can’t help me outside of getting me to upgrade to premium phone plan, then admits that she typically tells people that start new service here that the startup plan does not work at all in this town due to high traffic."
