"I walked into the physical location to place an order. I specifically asked how long it would take because my son is diabetic and it would be necessary to give him some insulin some time in advance. I was told it would take about 20 minutes. At 10 minutes I asked if about 10 minutes left and gave insulin. After over 35 minutes, it became necessary to give my son aid because blood sugar too low and never got food as I then had another priority to deal with (medical emergency). By continuing to say "just a bit longer" it led to bigger problems. I know the workers were young and inexperienced, but it just would have been nice if employees would have shown the smallest amount of empathy and recognition that it really was important to be honest with me as to how long it would take."

"Teriyaki grill is an amazing place to dine and enjoy. The food tastes very fresh, with a high quality meet. The food is prepared super quick at an affordable price!"

"Overall good place for lunch/dinner. I had the Teriyaki chicken and brown rice with the usual vegetables included. Good place if you want to eat something more healthy instead of going to a typical burger joint. The prices seem high at first but you get a decent amount of food that's healthier for you vs other places to eat."

"Rice was sticky and undercooked. Steak was cold and tough. Vegetables were primarily cabbage with carrot spreads and a few pieces of broccoli. Definitely low on my list of places to eat. Not a recommended stop."
