"Me and my wife were the only ones in line, yet it took them 15 minutes to take payment. The whole time the employee is talking on the mic with people pulling up behind me then they hand us smoothies that taste bland and our 6 dollar sandwich came out burnt and tiny. If you're understaffed then close so your costumers don't waste their money on garbage service."

"Food is great. But this place is sooo slow. We’ve been waiting in the drive through line for 30 minutes. Only 2 cars were ahead of us. Every time I’ve gone here, it’s been the same. I don’t think a smoothie is worth this long of a wait."

"One star because they at least take your order, every time I go there it takes 30 to 40 minutes just to do one order. I mean it’s a smoothie how hard is it? I just went there and waited 15 minutes at the window just for them to make eye contact with me and walk by just to stand there and gossip with each other, never even took my payment so I just drove off. I’m shocked this location is still open, poor service."

"Island green and thai chicken salad with sweet potatoes as a side. Service is very slow. Go when you have time. Otherwise it'd be 5 stars. Sweet potatoes are microwaved to get hot and mushy. Recommend the salad"

"I love tropical smoothie but it is NOT worth it to visit the stores in cedar. Everytime I have gone I have waited in line for over 35 minutes, and I even waited an hour today. The staff doesn’t pay attention to orders and they don’t keep you updated. They seem like they don’t know what they’re doing and they take their time in every aspect. I do not recommend coming here if you’re in a hurry or are wanting good service."
