"The location was clean, but definitely had the worst service I’ve ever experience at a Tropical Smoothie. I was the only one in the drive thru and it took ten minutes to get one sandwich, and it was made wrong. I went inside to see if it could get remade correctly, and I stood at the front for almost ten minutes before one of the three employees finally came to talk to me. It felt as if I was being avoided. The lady I spoke to was unkind and seemed as if she hated her job, and then I could hear them talking about me behind the counter. Disappointing, because usually the service at Tropical Smoothies is good!"

"Worse service & smoothie I’ve ever had from Tropic smoothie. Kristen was her name. Rude (act like she hated her job) she didn’t make my smoothie correctly. Had no taste or flavor. Threw it out. If I didn’t hit the freeway I would of gone back for a refund. Waste of 8.00"

"Stopped in for a smoothie yesterday and it was good. Was driving through town the other day with some friends and we stopped in for smoothies. After looking at the menu, and asking some questions, I decided on the açai smoothie. I made sure to add peanut butter and Chia seed to that because I needed a little extra protein and yummy. The staff here was super friendly. The entire restaurant was very clean or the establishment. I also popped into the restroom which was super clean."

"I got a grilled cheese and the cheese was barley melted and the bread was so burnt it was disgusting… my smoothie was mostly ice as well, not smooth like it usually is. I usually love Tropical Smoothie but they did not so it good at all today, way too rushed."
