"I paid $359 for the Las Vegas package. At time of purchase I met all prerequisites. After booking the flights and dates with guests, I called to book the hotel. The company refused to honor my purchase because requirements changed from 25 and older to 45 and older. This only applies to men. I am currently seeking a refund for being sold a trip that I cannot use due to this company's change in policy I was not notified of. Failure to provide accurate conditions of service. Misrepresentation, being inconsiderate, and poor customer service. If there is anyone else interested in joining legal action against the company please reach out."
"Ramon Allen is the owner. Total Scam. Do not deal with these people. They think what they're doing is funny. Let it be known to whoever is running this I will do everything to get my 99$ back and tell the truth about you guys"
"Book they're $349 getaway experience. Due to the nature of trying to save money we selected to stay at Sunrise Inn. Upon arrive I learned that they booked the reservation through Expedia for $177 for 4 days. While charging us $349 plus $45 for taxes and incidentals. After reaching out to ask for better accommodations or a change. We were refuse any compensation and lied to about how it was booked. Lilly the rep told me they have a wholesale contract with the hotels. After telling her i have proof it was booked through Expedia Lilly the rep hung up in my face. I have screenshots and recording on other review boards reflective of this booking. DO NOT BOOK OR PURCHASE"
"The date of the actual transaction was March of 2023. This was after a phone call we received by a company by the name of Vacation Offers. We paid them 399.00 which I added the transaction below. They are the company that removed the money from my account. They put us in a "4 star" hotel in Vegas. I also added some pictures of some things from that hotel. We moved rooms 3 times before we decided to change hotels. However, Vacation Offers said there was absolutely nothing they could do for us because the reservation was made by a 3rd party, hotelbeds. That company has no customer service because the phone number on line is a scam. After 2 days of our vacation wasted, we are forced to stay in a disgusting hotel or pay out of pocket, even more money to stay somewhere else. The other "gifts" we were promised by this company were not as described either. The meal vouchers are nothing more than coupons and the $1000 travel voucher we were told they do not do anymore. So from when we purchased this Vacation until July the same year, everything was different. There was no one we could speak to that would take responsibility and the company that withdrew the money from my credit card said there was nothing they could do. I have never dealt with a more deceptive company in my life, and once they take that money they will not stand behind anything. They also require you to sit through a presentation of sorts once you get to your Vacation and they claim to not have any control over their "marketing company" someone has to be responsible if there are issues on your Vacation. Now we are out the money and this company will not stand behind anything."
"Our trip was good overall. The communication from the beginning was good, we knew where to go and our schedule for the presentation. Check in was easy and the staff was very pleasant. The day after check in we had our presentation that was suppose to last 1 1/2 but was closer to 3 and during the selling process my husband was very interested ( I was not) and asked to see the details of the contract. The gentleman stood up walked away briefly, asked us to follow him, and then showed us the exit. We were confused but I'm happy because I didn't trust it anyway and that proved it. Next we had to kill 2 roaches, myself and my husband were bite by what we assumed was a spider, and a license tag was taken off of one of our vehicles in the parking garage. Clearly security is not active as they got multiple cars that night. The staff was very friendly, the beach was very close, and the room was spacious. That's what saved this trip."
