"My custom cargo trailer (VERY custom, inside & out!) was stolen, midday from Monster Storage on Pioneer Dr and Brad was less than cooperative to provide me ANY information on gate code used or video footage so I could help SGPD in locating it or the contents contained in it. I was able to get the information from one of his employees to track down the owner of the truck that towed it away. Also, had to beg him to refund the auto withdrawal payment that was made AFTER reporting the theft. What a joke, just not a very funny one! Check on your stuff OFTEN if parked at storage facility on Pioneer Dr."

"I have had storage here at monster storage for many many years. I love the controlled temperatures, I love the carts they provide for free. I have moved beds, furniture, artwork washer/dryers etc. it is so nice and makes it as easy as if the storage unit was a few steps away. The music makes it enjoyable. No bugs. Karen and Brad are great always. They make the experience as easy as possible. They exceed my expectations."
