Little Caesars Pizza

"Today I had the worst experience at this Little Caesars. When I pulled up in the drive-thru, the attendant was sitting in the drive-thru window eating. It took him about 15 seconds just to get himself out of the window and move all of his food out of the window so that he could open the window. I told him what I would like and he just looked at me strangely and walked away. When he came back he took his head phone off and asked what he could get me. He ran my card 3 times and then while getting my pizza he tripped and dropped it. This kid needs some management."

"Worst experience. Kian G. took our order but before opening the window, he stopped to finish texting. He said maybe 5 words to us all while looking at his phone. We also paid for marinara sauce and didn’t receive it. We tried to tell him before we left, but he shut the window in the middle of our sentence. I have never received such unprofessional service. I will not be returning to this location."

"Ordered 2 calzones and a extra most bestest pepperoni. From the 700 S location. The extra most bestest looked like a normal pizza. not covered in pepperoni like it shud.... and the calzones were made from the pretzel crust.or something.. way too flufy and had red sauce on them. The whole reason why I like the calzones is they don't have the sauce on them and they are crispy..... the sunset location seems to not mess up the orders... just a further drive to pick it up... but annoyed! Why dont all the stores make it the same???"

"Everything about this experience was truly awful. The female employee that “served” me said maybe three words all while looking at me like I had offended her by walking in. Truly hope this place gets some much needed training. I instantly regretted saying thank you as she replied with a snarky “you’re welcome” all I asked for was the smallest cheese pizza which I was hoping would be decent… nope, I would not be surprised if you told me it was a day old. I would much rather be hungry than stop here again."

"I don’t know what happened to this food. Normally little Caesar’s crazy bread is fluffy and covered in butter and seasoning. Our crazy bread was crunchy, hard, and had no seasoning in it at all. Normally their cheesy bread is fluffy and fully cooked. Our cheesy bread was stiff and undercooked. All in all, it was disgusting. Their dough was not their normal recipe and it was obvious."
