"The restaurant was super clean, the staff was friendly and did a great job with our order that was through the mobile app. Life hack - the mobile app is the only way to go when ordering Wendy’s. Bathrooms were clean as well. Definitely recommend this location."

"Two weeks ago I waited a very long time for an order and as an apology I was given a coupon for a free combo meal from one of the Wendy's employees (I didn't ask for this or request any type of compensation, it was just given to me by an employee). I just tried to redeem it today as it expires next week and the manager very rudely told me they don't accept them. I tried to explain that I was given the coupon by an employee at this same exact location and she again very rudely cut me off and said they don't have that coupon and she's never seen it before. She said it with a such an attitude and was looking at me so dirty it was like she was accusing me of trying to scam them with something fake. I even said "okay, thank you" to be polite before driving away and she just rolled her eyes. I just don't understand why she would be so rude and treat me that way when I got the coupon FROM THEM at the exact same location. It would be fine if she told me it was given by mistake or something and was nice about it, as I never even requested or expected a coupon in the first place. But instead I was treated like a criminal and I will never be returning."

"Asked if a sauce had Mayo as its base and manager told employee they couldn’t tell me that and I’d have to find their nutritional info to find that info. I don’t like Mayo so that was very frustrating and not helpful in determining my order. Then our fries were not fresh. While not quite cold they weren’t warm as you’d expect. Was a disappointing outing."

"We went to Wendy’s this week. The lobby was empty but the drive through was crowded. The lobby was clean and the service was friendly. The food was lackluster. My hamburger was slightly warm as well as the fries. You could drink the frosty which I did. Could have been better."

"Thank you Wendy’s for being the only Wendy’s in a 15 mile radius that is open past 8 PM! The four for four is always a great deal! Staff was very polite and very helpful. They are also very patient as someone in the vehicle could not make up their mind on what they wanted to eat and continue to change the order every two seconds. We love you Wendy’s!"
