Pizza Hut,

"Look here. I ordered a pizza and pasta through the Pizza Hut app. Delivery. All is well and good, I’m relaxing, waiting for my delivery. My delivery driver showed up to my house and practically threw my order in my face. She complained about how hard it was to find my house, and sped off in an angry manner. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I’m not one to call in for mediocre service. But this delivery driver rubbed me wrong , I called Pizza Hut to complain about their driver. Come to find out they “Subcontract” pizza deliveries to door dash if they are short staffed. That in no way should leave you unaccountable for what happens on deliveries that aren’t in house. And to top everything off. The pizza was dumpster pizza. Which is where it now lies. Dry, and lacking any redeemable qualities. It now lies in the garbage where I imagine it will go to the landfill where not even vultures bat an eye toward."

"Picked up a pizza last week for takeout and there was a giant hair on top of the pizza. Had to throw it away. I live 5 hours away from this location and picked it up as I was passing through town on a road trip. Didn’t have time to go back. Reached out to corporate hoping to maybe get a coupon or something for a pizza (never asked for my money back) and they basically told me I was out of luck. Super disappointed. I’ve always loved Pizza Hut but I don’t think I’ll ever return to any of their locations after this. I understand accidents happen, I’m only upset that corporate told me I’d have to go back to the store I got it from even though I live hours away rather than just making it easy on me."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had in a business. I’m okay waiting and I understand when a business may be running behind, but after waiting an hour and a half for one pizza it was absolutely pathetic. Not only did I myself wait an hour and a half later than my original pick up time standing in the store for my pizza I also witnessed multiple door dash people leave or get their orders cancelled and people come in and demand refunds for no leadership telling anyone the estimated time for their food was a lie nor would it be later. After an hour of waiting if it wasn’t for me going up and asking the girl after being told my order would be ready soon, I would have never received it. I myself had to go into their receipts at the front and find my receipt as no one else would and then give it to them to only find out they forgot my order. After an hour and a half of being told it was coming I had for dash people come up to me after trying to come back for another order tell me they felt awful for me. They gave me for empathy than the actual employees…. I think the worst part is there was a severe lack of leadership from the adults and managements. At no time did they ever come in to address the issue and the only thing I received was a “sorry” as I got my pizza. Absolutely disastrous of an experience and I would recommend someone go to any other pizza place other than this."

"This is a super Supreme that is supposed to have 5 meats and 4 veggies. I wouldn’t expect to see much of the cheese with that level of toppings. It should be loaded. The lady was really nice and gave me a coupon off one of our pizzas, which I wasn’t expecting, so I gave a $5 tip on a take out and not impressed with the pizza, unfortunately."
