"Horrible management, the manager and the driver dispatch have no knowledge of the trucking industry. The manager over the dispatch crew has blackmail pictures of the management and that's his one and only weapon for advancement. Good luck driving or working for this substandard poorly operated so called trucking company. The owners have no standards when it comes to their management team and they could care less about their drivers or anyone who wants to help progress the company. The only thing that matters is the pictures that hold them hostage and the money that goes in their pocket not yours. I wrote this review years ago and yes it is a horrible place to work for drivers and non-driver employees. Yes you let me go without merit. Which mean you lied. So don't attack me years later."

"I have worked as a truck driver since 2001, however I took about 4 years off between 2019 and 2023. Because of this gap I was having a difficult time finding a company that would hire me because of a lack of recent experience even though i have nearly 20 years of total experience. In my searching i discovered that Pride has a refresher program specifically for this problem. Yes you do need to go out with an evaluator for one week but this was a simple thing and the eval week is paid. Since I have been driving with them full time it has turned out to be a truly great company to work for. Everyone from recruiting to safety to dispatch have been competent, friendly, and professional and at the same time everyone is approachable. I have worked for many companies over the years that claim to treat their employees like family and in the past this has always been a bit of an eye roller for me as business is business, however the atmosphere here really is quite different, yes it's still a business and yes i am still an employee and of course they have expectations of me just like i do for them, but they really do make an effort to make you feel like a valued person and not just a tool to be discarded when it's no longer desired. Honestly while i have only worked for them for a few months so far i have to say i have never been happier as a truck driver."

"I started out with Pride in June of 22. I was really nervous and had heard things about trainers in the field being "handsy." All I can say is I got a wonderful trainer that was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. I never had an uncomfortable moment with him. In all honesty, it was like sharing a truck with my brother. Almost two years in with the company and I still can't say anything bad about it. I have made solid friends with other drivers, and staff members. If something is unsafe, they fix it. If something on the truck breaks, they get that fixed as well. They don't force dispatch, and it has been really nice overall. There have been moments of frustration, but if you talk to them, it gets worked out. The only "bad" thing I can say is they don't route through my hometown very often. That would make working for Pride darn near perfect."

"Loved my time there my trainer was top notch they want you to be successful the 400 hr training gets you ready for anything. I had to leave trucking due for to my wife health. I was easily making 800 a week just running western 11. Steve is a straight shooter. The equipment is really well maintained I never had any issues getting my weight right there. The only challenging thing was the routing"
