"He consistently runs 20-30 minutes late. He takes so long getting through the appointment, I never want to ask a question. He is difficult to work with and get prescriptions filled. He won’t allow the pharmacy to call for refills."

"Dr. Okubo isn't someone I've met but the office and efficiency rates 1/10. Prescriptions take weeks to get sorted most times, working with him for T1D is a hot and miss. He either does great, or he seems to be unsure if what he's doing. I'm hoping to meet him soon, and see if personal interaction is the problem but at this point...the care he provides for the person I know and love is bordering on the line between disinterested and negligent. I reserve actual rating to the chance to meet and see for myself. So far I would say it requires you to almost manage your own care."

"I see Okubo for my diabetes care, and okubo himself is a good doctor with alot of education, however, his front desk gal is terrible! Not only myself, but I've talked to others that come here as well and she NEVER sends in scripts. They have to call in all prescriptions, and my appointments are later in the day so by the time i notice the pharmacy didn't get it, there closed. I'd like to continue seeing Okubo but if I can't trust that the prescriptions get turned in, than how do I trust to let them be in charge of my care and medications that literally is life or death for me. I feel good about my care from the doctor but I can't rely on his receptionist to do her job."

"Dr. Okubo has been taking care of our three children for almost 10 years. He has been a great doctor for our kids. He keeps pictures that our kids drew each year since they were little. We can see how our kids grew up. I like this kind of "old style" part :)"

"This Dr was never there for my kids the Dr the always saw my kids was Dr Jackson so when Dr Jackson left I left okubo don't recommend"
