"So I wanna make it clear that this review is for the processes of the clinic and not the doctors capabilities there. My doctor here is amazing . But most of the time she isn't available so they expect the patients to see other doctors. This is not acceptable to me cause I don't wanna meet a new doctor everytime I am sick. I wanna be able to either see my doctor or hear back from her which never happens . Another thing is they r not at all good with follow up. No one sets up the yearly physical appointment or reminder . No reminders that it has not been done or anything . I totally missed my yearly checkup cause there was no appointment set nor a reminder . When I reached out to have one for this year I was a bit mad cause I needed to do it by myself and wasn't reminded that I went a whole year without a physical exam that's free for me via the insurance . And when asked they said I am more than welcome to make an appointment. I know that I am more than welcome to do it but due to some personal issues if I might have missed one someone from the clinic must remind the patient about this . That never happened .they need to improve on providing patient care ."

"The male nurse that took my blood was amazing. I didn’t feel a thing and that’s say A LOT coming from a person with serve needle anxiety. I don’t remember his name, but if you have bad needle anxiety, request the male nurse."

"One of THE WORST medical clinics in the state. I didn't think it possible to have the same or worse of a experience that I had with a Provo IHC clinic but West Jordan comes pretty close. West Jordan Clinic is extremely difficult to communicate with and will give you the run around with every message and call you put in. Catherine Vanier is a doctor to be especially avoided at the clinic. Vanier does NOT listen to ANYTHING her patients say at all she will not listen to your concerns, she will not care if you are not doing well and will refuse to discuss different medications and treatment, she refuses to listen to history and what has worked, her ability to communicate and be professional is extremely lacking, and it's surprising she even graduated medical school. The way she's handling my meds is giving me the most unbearable experiences. Vanier and this clinic will treat you like garbage if you are on Medicaid, mentally ill, trans, queer, and or have had a certain health history there's gotta be reasons this has been so unpleasant and those would be my guesses. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TRANS HEALTHCARE OR GENERAL HEALTH MATTERS! Avoid IHC at all costs!"

"Good place to get urgent care. Easy to make it in, I was the first customer for the day. I have been there when the wait was long, but makes sense since it's emergency care."
