We see Dr Kartes and she’s incredible with my daughter. She makes my daughter happy to go to the doctor instead of her previous reaction which was always fear. "Outstanding pediatricians, can’t say the same for the staff. We have called for medical records required for daughters participation in school sports four times now - staff does now follow through and blows us off. She’s at risk of getting benched bc we can’t get a transcript and I have wasted at least 10hrs of my life trying to obtain. I’m at wits end, probably going to have to start over on her shots under a new doctor - very frustrating!"
