The nurses were very proactive about following up when the imaging center didn’t send the x-rays, and they followed up with me to make sure my child’s condition hadn’t progressed into something serious. I really appreciate the follow up, since I’ve had another pediatricians office in the past not follow up on what ended up being a serious condition that required emergency attention.
