"This office has gone downhill over the course of the last five years. If you're looking for a doctor's office that bills you nine months after a date of service, has horrendously long wait times, a foul new office manager who tries to force patients to sign meaningless documents and makes threats about subjects she has insufficient knowledge of, and staff that apparently hates their jobs so much that they're rude to patients, this is place is for you. Not only that, they fired the physician that I had seen since day one for a completely bogus reason without any notice to him or his patients, then proceeded as if nothing happened. I'm glad I moved and was able to find a better doctor's office, and I recommend you look elsewhere as well."

"The providers here are great. I have seen NP Susan and Cherlet which are both great at what they do. Unfortunately, I always have issues reaching the front desk or getting my referrals to the correct places. It took two weeks just to get my imaging referrals sent to a location so that I could make an appointment. This was after I spoke to the receptionist and MAs on a few occasions making them aware of the situation. One place even received one referral, but not the other when they go hand in hand which makes no sense. It should not take multiple phone calls to correct a simple problem. I would not recommend this place solely on the fact that I have had too many issues with simple paperwork."

"I have debated doing this review for a while, so what I have to say happened a few years ago. But I believe I saw Dr. Crump at this office. I had a hard time with him because he didn’t seem to want me to do any of the talking, he was much better at talking about himself and how he sees the world. He acted suspicious when I told him a symptom and jumped right to that it might be aids and I must be cheating on my husband. And I can’t even remember what the symptom was, but it wasn’t something I would have normally thought “aids” right away. It felt really strange. But the worst thing that happened was as the appointment was ending he looked at me and actually said “you’re a good looking girl, we just need to take some weight off of you.” And it felt extremely inappropriate. I just feel like people should know what he’s like."

"This is the first bad review I’ve left for anything, I’m not a complainer but I would never recommend this place to anyone. 1) My appointment started an hour later than it was supposed to. I know this happens, but it was the first of several issues here. I had to come back a few days later to finish because they didn’t want to do the rest of my tests since it was so late in the day. 2) They didn’t even do the test I expressly asked for and made the appointment for, and I didn’t find out until I got results for other tests weeks later. When I got the results they recommended I come back in for the test I asked for in the first place. 3) The doctor renewed my prescription and failed to mention it would cost an extra $80 just for the renewal, not including the $100 medication cost, and it’s not covered by insurance. I was not informed of the charge and would NOT have asked for this if I knew, I could have renewed it for free via telehealth with another doctor. Maybe it doesn’t sound like much but overall, I’ve never had such bad service from a primary care dr."
