"Highly recommend Dr. McManus. I am kind of used to being brushed over and rushed when I see a doctor but that was not the case with Dr McManus. He listened intently to me even though I was all over the place. He took notes the whole time and seemed genuinely concerned and desiring to help. He let me know about the plan moving forward and different options we could try. I’m grateful I transferred my care to him."

"Its a sad day when a medical practice decides nickel and diming their patients is a better strategy then patient care. Without getting into details, just know this has been my providing office for years. I've never complained, always paid on time, and had good experiences. Moving to their new building that has changed. Be warned their are no exceptions, they don't ever make mistakes and the bill is left to you...while you still have to figure out your own health. I tried to consult with them to make this right several times. They didn't want to budge. So even if they respond to this review to save face, put your health in better hands and your money. I would have recommended them prior to this which is why its pretty awful."
"Extremely Unprofessional not about patients about policies instead. Wouldn’t recommend them insensitive and policies are out dated myself and four children sick were turned away our insurance provider was amazing tried talking to them yet their policy was out dated and we’re not flexible to our urgent care needs. Would recommend Holy Cross Hospital didn’t have any issues were amazing!"
"I love coming to Premier! Staff is extremely friendly and the doctors are so great! They actually remember you and make you feel so welcomed!! I would recommend James ford 10/10 I have really enjoyed working with him. What I love the most is how they get you in and out fast!
