"I have been a patient of Dr. Severn for a couple of years, and overall my experience has been pretty good. Recently, there have been issues with my prescription being incorrectly called in or one missing. This has happened twice in the last two visits. Today, it was correct. Additionally, my appointments begin on time, but after I am checked in by the nurse, it takes nearly 20-25 minutes for Dr. Severn to actually come in to the appointment. I went out to look for him today after waiting about 20 minutes, as I was in a hurry to pick up my kids. Luckily he was right there, but I did not have enough time to wait for my A1C results, which was why I was there in the first place."
