"Kyle and his team are AMAZING and truly a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Kyle for anyone seeking to establish care with a PCP. Kyle and team are extremely knowledgeable and spend a great deal of time listening and providing the appropriate care needed. Also very quick to respond on MyChart and easy to work with. (:"
"I felt Kyle was direct and straightforward with his opinions and approach. But I was unhappy to recognize that he contradicted himself with the way he handled my visit. He was very professional in respect of filling prescriptions and stating his views on meds etc. Nevertheless, this was my first time visiting Dr. Daley. I had some information of my medical history and needed help with a form for general assistance. When he first came in he listened to what was going on, then stated that he really couldn't fill out the form only knowing me for ten minutes. I agreed. He also stated he doesn't really "believe in social security or disability". Ok, that's fine, I respect everyones views and opinions in matters. So after he stated that he proceeded to compare me with other patients that suffer with the same dignoses or conditions and can work just fine. We proceeded with meds and scrips and then he said "so do you want me to fill out the form?" I said sure go ahead. I informed him of my struggles to get or maintain gainful employment and he left the room. His aide came back with the form which he filled out even though at first he said he really couldn't. To no surprise he said he felt I was able to work. No problem, that's his personal and professional opinion after knowing me for ten minutes. His aide noticed I hadn't put my info on the form yet and she asked me if I wanted them to fax it over to DOWS. I said "no ,because it basically contradicted all my medical history and if he felt unsure about filling it out then I really didn't want it sent over." I signed the form and handed it back which I really just shouldn't have signed it. But the aide said can i have the form just to keep in our records. I said "go ahead but no need to send it over." I have no problem with peoples views or opinions but I've been struggling with health and homelessness etc., for many years and trying to get some help so I don't have to live in the streets and constantly go without housing or needs to gain stability in my life in hopes of furthering my ability to maintain health and strive to become employable or at least not be living in rags in my truck. So the fact that they asked me if I wanted the form turned in and I said no, and then they went ahead and turned it in against what they informed me of, in my eyes is deception. They basically lied to me. I would much rather have had him not fill out the paper than to contradict my medical history with his ten minute summary of who I am or my abilities to work or gain employment. So I felt it appropriate to leave a review. I think other than the deceptive nature of the way the situation was handled I had no problems with the service provided. Men look on the outward appearance but God looks upon the heart. I know my situation so the fact that this happened is no skin off my back because God is my Physician, my Advocate, my Savior, and I know that no matter what men may do I must simply bear my cross and move forward. I can only control my self, not others. So I absolutely will at least voice what happened and do my part to be an agent unto myself. :)"
