"This facility and the Sports Medicine staff have the rights to boast all over the internet. My husband was the patient. We were greeted warmly by the employee name Bill at the check-in desk. First impression very important. My husband was treated by Dr. Turner and assisted by Brooklyn. The procedure itself was done with so much care and love. As an appreciation for the professional treatment he received; we left the clinic and returned with boxes of Hawaiian Chocolate covered macadamia nuts. When I went back inside to give the Sports Medicine staff their treats, Bill, Brooklyn and Dr. Turner had gone to lunch. The only person at the front desk was a lady name Christy. As I tried to give her a box of chocolates and three boxes for the Sports Medicine staff who treated my husband, she almost freaked out when I tried to hand her the boxes of chocolates. She did not want me leaving anything on her spot free desk. She said she did not want anything on her desk as she put on gloves. I understand she may be a clean freak, but I wondered what her motive was. While my husband and I were waiting for the nurse and the doctor, she accepted paperwork from a white couple without putting on any gloves. This is 2024 and we shouldn’t be seeing segregation and stereotyping anymore. Despite of this my husband and I are appreciative of the awesome services he received from the Sports Medicine side of the clinic."
"The staff was great! On the other hand, my experience with the provider was less than expected. He did not introduce himself and seemed rushed. He was in and out of the room in a matter of minutes. I expect better care from fellow clinicians."
"I had a horrible kidney infection and I was treated so amazing the ladies at the reception desk to the nurses to the Dr. they were all so Kind! When they called me to give me my culture results they even asked me how I was doing! And if I wasn’t doing better to please come back- I work down in this area and live up in Utah County but I will tell you I would drive down to this facility in a heart beat to see these ladies for how they not only treated but how they made me feel."
"I was very satisfied with my experience at this healthcare center. There was very minimal wait time, the physician, who saw me was very kind and helpful to meet my needs. The only issue I had was regarding my prescription sent to the pharmacy late."
"I came to this location on Tuesday because I was having symptoms of what I thought was a really severe sinus or ear infection. I had pain and pressure in my whole face and ears and my throat was also hurting. The doctor I saw was a male of Asian descent. I didn’t get his name. He looked over me said I didn’t have an ear infection and throat looked fine. He then proceeded to pull up Google and searched sinus infection symptoms and began pointing at the screen with his pen and asking me if I had each symptom. He was speaking to me in a condescending tone. He seemed put out annoyed, as he crossed out symptoms on the screen with his pen. He told me “you don’t have all of these, or a fever, so you don’t have a sinus infection. I don’t know what you have. I can do a CT scan on you if you want, or give you antibiotics. But I have no idea what I’m treating so they may not work”. His tone and demeanor throughout the whole interaction. Seemed like he was talking down to me, or calling me stupid. He acted unprofessionally as a doctor who deals with the public. He had no kindness, compassion or bedside manner. I would like to see those issues addressed to him so he can be aware of how he is speaking to and treating others. His esteemed position calls for patience and kindness. None of which he had while dealing with me. I have no doubt other patients have experienced this. It doesn’t matter what type of medical care you are receiving. Even at an urgent care a high-level of respect and compassion should be shown to patients."
