"I recently moved to Utah from Tennessee. I lived in a smaller town, everyone knew each other, and still feel I received better care here- not knowing anyone. I went from a very active 21 year old, no bad habits like smoking drinking etc, to barely able to move in a three day period. I was at a point where I couldn’t pull my own sleeve up to let them get my BP or take blood- the nurses and doctors helped me. They got me water, a warm blanket, and did their best to problem solve. They also referred me out when things started to look like they couldn’t be solved there. Luckily the medication my doctor put me on has given me almost complete recovery minus some restriction in my shoulders still. Amazing place, definitely will be back if I ever need to. Couldn’t suggest them or the staff more, especially the extremely kind nurses and front desk staff. I had a really great experience despite everything that happened and can’t wait to get back to swimming and exercising as I did before. I’d also like to state they aren’t the type to just throw heavy/strong meds at you, making recovery a bit easier than what it would be on steroids or strong pain killers. Thanks Medallus."

I want to thank them all at Medallus for making my time with them a positive experience. Such caring people. Wonderful bedside manner. They listen. These days it's hard to find this. "Reception was very patient, kind, and informative. Wait time was super long, however the physician was promt to the patient room, pleasant, talkative, through, caring and approachable! Very positive experience!"

"Honestly shocked and disgusted with how a doctor treated my mother yesterday. My moms usual clinic had an over 2 hour wait so unfortunately we had to come here. The nurses and other staff were amazing however I can’t say much about the doctor we saw. My mom went in for a uti and the nurse had her give a urine sample. When the doctor came into the room he asked her symptoms (cloudy urine, stomach pain, lower back pain, etc.) he then proceeded to aggressively without warning use his hand in a chopping motion against my mothers back, He then asked "Does that hurt?". After my mom had a very visible reaction to the pain. Before he left the room he said my mom would get an antibiotic injection, he’ll send antibiotic prescriptions to the pharmacy, and send the urine to be cultured. That was all, the doctor never confirmed if it was a uti. My mom had to ask the nurse if the test was positive or not. I've never seen or experienced a doctor act with such behavior, it was extremely shocking to say the least. The doctor as well never introduced himself or said his name as he entered the room so I'm not able to say what doctor this was."

"My wife and i ended up needing treatment. Urgent care has always been great when we had to stop in for treatment. They always pay great attention to our symptoms and treat the symptoms as good as they can before sending us home. Definitely will return again if needed."
