"Avoid this company if you value your home & property. The company we lease our home from contracts jobs out to King Maintenance to do work on their properties. We have had the misfortune of dealing with them on two different occasions. 1st, we had a stove go out on us & our property management company replaced it with a new one. Old one was gas, new one was electric & glass top, no big deal. Toby from King maintenance delivered & installed the new unit. After he left my house, I noticed a very strong odor of gas. Upon inspection, Toby had somehow hooked up the gas line to the new ELECTRIC stove. Not only did he do that, but the gas was never turned off to begin with & my home filled with gas within about 10 minutes. 2nd unfortunate encounter with King Maintenance: We had a toilet completely replaced (it had gotten old), our property management company replaced it & again sent Toby from King Maintenance. Toby was at my house for a total of around 6 hours switching out toilets. He was on his phone the entire time receiving what sounded like step-by-step directions to install the toilet. He left 4 or 5 times for up to an hour at a time for what he said was "parts". After all was said & done, the toilet was installed incorrectly & would not even flush properly. The work that was done was completely unacceptable & shoddy at best. Don't give this company your hard earned money! If you need maintenance work done, call Core Investments. They know what they are doing & will do a good job."
