They have installed new furnace and AC units, they have installed heat pumps. They have even done some home efficiency improvements for me with their duct cleaning and duct seal. "Devin and field manager Scott came out today to look at my upstair furnace heat exchanger. I used a furnace tune up coupon from Apex air last winter and was told my two year old furnace had scorch marks and cracks in it and needed to be replaced. I followed up with Method Air who installed it and carried the warranty. They came out and scoped the furnace and found nothing wrong. I was conflicted with two opposing reports and wasn't sure which one was correct. So, today, Method Air showed up, and went above and beyond by removing our heat exchanger to look at it and let me see that there truly weren't any scorch marks or cracks. They put my mind at ease. I'm very grateful for time and standing behind their product and warranty."

"Method Air did duct sealing for me. They did my two systems. The ducting was installed in the late 70s when the home was built and was not very tight. The process went smooth and they were able to reduce the leakage 7% and 20% down to about 1% on both. Amazing results! The crew was great to work with and very professional. I recommend the process from Method Air to anyone trying to tighten up their duct system."

"Updated 11/20/23 --- From 1 Star to 4 stars. One of the owners reached out and we had a great conversation. There is the letter of the law and the sprit of the law. He apologized and let me know that they would be doing the right thing. He also made it a coaching experience for his company and displayed great attributes of a leader. Hate to be the one to complain but Thank you for coming back and going the extra mile so I can now finish my wall in the basement without a hose running through it :) This company is in a lot better hands than I first thought. Low Quality work, if they screw up and do something wrong they will admit to it and then say “well it works even though it wasn’t done correctly, you can pay for us to come do it how we should have done it the first time though” I moved into a new home that utilize method airs services. Method air installed two different type of air conditioning units side-by-side at our house and then when they ran the internal lines, they ran it through the framing instead of over it like every other home in the neighborhood. This isn’t an issue if you do not want to ever finish your basement, but it’s kind of hard if you are planning on putting up your walls with a line running through it. When I ask them to come, please fix it they said they would not even though it wasn’t done correctly it’s still works. That’s like being handed hamburger from Wendy’s saying all the ingredients are in the bag but they’re not put together correctly. Sure you’ll get fed with the same things but it wasn’t done in the right order. Spoke with three different members of method air. Each of them said Word for Word “it wasn’t done correctly but it works so we won’t come back and fix it unless we charge you a fee.” The supervisor I spoke with on the phone even went as far to say it doesn’t matter where the air conditioning line goes in the house as long as it works even if it goes waist height Across the wall in the air to the other wall. I have the phone call recorded. It’s a shame that a company that claims integrity and good customer service service is not willing to do the right thing and admit when someone has done wrong. All the other homes have the conduit put in the correct place with all the other lines. They refuse to make up for their mistake. Don’t trust Method Air if you want quality work, they will nickel and dime you, screw up, blame you, and charge you again. You are warned. Low Marks for Method air."
