"We are so happy that we got Bob for this Job! One of our handrails felt shaky and I asked Bob to check it out. While he was on his way over I rememberd a missing baluster on another staircase. Good thing Bob checked out the handrail because one piece of hardware was broken! That would have been quite dangerous. Now the handrail and the baluster are both perfect! He kept in touch, great communication, did the job right the first time and charged a fair price. We recommend Bob without reservation!"
"The pilot lighting my water heater would not come in. Called Bob, came over and got it going in 5 minutes. I was so appreciative, and ask him what the charge was? He said non, since it was so simple. I insisted. I highly recommend Bob."
"Bob came to the rescue when a portion of the garage ceiling fell in the night. He came early to look it over & decide on a course of action. By midday, the ceiling was replaced & the rest of of it was screwed down x's 3! *Note: In the early 70's (when this house was built) the ceiling was nailed up - instead of screwed. Can you imagine? Thank you Bob - for thwarting any future disasters!"
"Bob is professional, fast, and reasonably priced. I wish I would have called him sooner, I am so pleased with his work. In a matter of a couple of hours he had restored power to my hot tub, got all of my outdoor outlets in working order, put fascia back on my house that had blown off in the wind, and fixed the lights in my sitting room that hadn't worked for years. I am so happy that I finally found someone that I can call when all of these little things come up, thank you so much Bob!"
"Hired Bob a while ago (last year) for an extensive project. He was easy to communicate to, but his work was not professional at all. Too many new dents, scratches, permanent spills, uneven lines/edges. When he gets impatient or flustered, he starts throwing around materials and his tools, which damages the finishes or surroundings. What was frustrating was that some of damages he caused, he tried to brush them off or won't acknowledge them even though he knew he made it. The mess he left behind, which was significant...spilled product everywhere. I had to hire another handyperson to fix his damages, and I had to hire a professional cleaning company. Bob's prices are a bit above average, there was no deal. In short, if you have a job that you could probably do yourself then hire Bob. If it's a job that requires more than 1 person and specialized skills with attention to details (almost like art), then Bob is definitely not fit for the job."
