"I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the last two years because it’s in a convenient location. I haven’t had many issues until about 8 months ago when I started being spoken to very rudely by most of the pharmacy techs. Thought it was just a few employees having a bad day, but I guess it might be everyone except for the nice older male pharmacist. I feel like I’m being berated and bullied every time I come to this location, so I figured it’s probably time to switch pharmacies. If you want good customer service and friendly pharm-techs who want to help you, this isn’t the place to go. I know from years of experience in the service industry that this isn’t an easy job, but please remember your customers are people with feelings and treat them with respect."

"If I could give this location a negative star review I would. This location sucks. They have no customer service skills what's so ever. I went here to get my son's medication that he desperately needs and no matter how many times my insurance has called to provide all the information needed they still refuse to provide the medication. When his insurance covers the whole thing! He needs it for his seizures! And I cannot go to my normal pharmacy because they were closed. I'm to a point of tears and frustration. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY MEDICATIONS!! The woman pharmacist who is supposed to be a manager ( skinny brown hair) is beyond rude."

"This is absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The apps told me the medications are ready, when I get there they bring them out, and fix an error on my name. Right after they tell me one of my medications aren’t ready, when it literally was right in front of me. They handled it very poorly. Another interaction I’ve had is them speaking so rude, and one of their co workers told me my medication will be ready In an hour; then a min later the other worker told me give me 10 minutes I’ll have it ready. I have the worst experiences there."

"So I had my prescription sent to this Walgreens it is on the Southwest corner of 700 East and 9400 South in Sandy. I arrived there about 6:30 and was sent in by my doctor. Which was approximately 2:30pm. They told me got my prescriptions were not yet ready but would be at about 4:00pm. I arrived at 4:25 p.m. and was told that one of my prescriptions was still not yet ready when I asked how long it would be they told me it would be about an hour and a half. When I informed the pharmacist that I had an appointment at 6 p.m. and asked if there was anything that could be done to expedite the situation he replied that he would have it ready for me in about 30 minutes. I thanked him for his understanding, and then drove across the street to the maverik to get fuel. This process had taken four or five minutes. At this time I received a text from Walgreens saying that my prescriptions were in fact now ready. This leads me to believe that my prescription was in fact ready around 4 when I showed up and the pharmacist was just too lazy or incompetent to actually go back and look for it. The lack of consideration and work ethic in the service field these days seems to be suffering everywhere but nowhere is it more striking than in the medical industry. Where it should be the best not the worst."
