"Went through the drive through and the women who greeted us was very rude. We were told the prescription would be filled that night and when we arrived she complained to us that we came in late. Even though they were still open for 20 minutes. Very disappointing experience."

"I've exclusively used this pharmacy for about 5 years and have had both good and bad experiences obtaining my prescriptions. It's most likely true that the pharmacists here have probably also had bad experiences themselves from time-to-time when contacting rude, unpleasant doctor's and specialists on my behalf during times of disconnect with my medical. As far as the store itself is concerned, it's easily accessible ♿️, clean, and I ❤️ the coupons and rewards points. At this point I'm familiar with several of the floor staff as they seem to stick around for a long time (which is a good sign for any business) and have found them to be welcoming, warm and friendly, with myself and teenager. My little dog also likes going to CVS because he often gets a treat from the pharmacist in the drive-thru."

"The associate should try to be helpful with the customer's needs. If a prescription is not available at that time, she could offer to order it. This pharmacy used to have that prescription by a specific manuf 2 years ago. Now, I need it. The Asian female associate just flatly said "we don't have it." If I find that medicine somewhere else, I will switch pharmacy."
