"Would mark 0 stars if I could. FedEx missed the delivery window of my items (not Vulcan's fault) but then instead of letting me return the item they charged me for return shipping AND made me "pay for the original shipping since I elected for free shipping" ultimately charing me almost $70 for shipping for an item that never made it to me in time. Their CS was INCREDIBLY unhelpful and never actually tried to solve the problems but simply always tried to charge me more money. I even offered to DRIVE to their warehouse to avoid $70 in return fees and they refused and kept changing which warehouse I needed to return it to so I couldn't drive there. Terrible company, literally buy your stuff ANYWHERE else as it will be a better result To top it off when they FINALLY issued a refund, they refunded me for less than they should have in a hope that I wouldn't recognize they short changed me and I had to fight for them to refund the missing amount.. What a shady company"

"Be Wary! I got a flat tire 11/24, but have the road hazard certs........On 11/29 tried 800 phone number and got no answer during business hours therefore resorted to submitting claim online and they tell you nothing about needing pictures or what is needed only asking for the invoice number, after 4 hours I go a response with needing multiple pictures of the tire, understandable but the tire was at home. I might also add that the installer that installed the tires stripped one of the lugs on the car so that is needing repair as well. Submitted pictures on Monday night when I got home to the tire, didn't hear anything all day yesterday 11/30 and today 12/1 i just phoned and someone actually answered and basically told me they haven't got to my email from Monday night yet, still couldn't tell me the status and that I should receive an email sometime today. This is crazy! Should have stuck with Discount Tire!"

"Sent me a wrong product then charged me 400 dollars for it without my consent. Sent shipping labels months after the original mistake with no scheduled pickup and no drop-off locations near by accepting packages the size of tires. Charged me 400 2 days after I received the labels and I had not had a day off from work to find a location where fedex would accept a package that size. I could not schedule pickup because I did not generate labels, I was told they had to do so. They charged this literally on a day I was supposed to pay my copay for a surgery causing cancellation fees due to insufficient funds. This is a terrible way to do business and I would never recommend this company to anyone. Instead I feel the need to warn people of predatory practices. Also, they couldn't even be bothered with a receipt for the charge and what it was for. Shady business dealings. Will not be using this company again."
