"I usually do not write reviews however after working with Brandon at Boyd’s Auto I feel that I must write about my experience. I have found thru my experiences that it’s hard to find fair prices let alone a honest one. I have total respect and appreciation with the work that happens at Boyd’s ! I was given a quote for repairs and it become real clear right after the work started that I had been wronged with the seller of my car that so much more than originally thought was extremely been rigged for a cover up to sell the car. I unfortunately was the buyer of such fraud! But here’s where the real experience of honest people . With all that was wrong not once was I asked to pay more that what I was quoted. To me being financially strapped that was a real blessing to me. Like I mentioned finding honestly let alone the true amount of integrity is so rare. I am a now a faithful customer and promoter of Boyd’s!! Thank you to all the great guys that have given the hard work and dedication to doing the best work !! If you want to have the peace of mind that your car will be returned to you 100% give this company the chance to show just how great they are. "I have gotten a lot of work done at Boyd's. They have fair prices and they keep you updated throughout the process of your vehicles repair. Most recently, I had to get a wheel bearing warranted through them. It had only lasted 2k miles and they covered the cost of parts and labor including a tone ring that cracked most likely due to the faulty bearing."

"Boyd's took great care of my Ford Escape when my AC went out. I'll be taking it back in for some other work that's needed because I trust them to do the job right. KaitLynn and Howard always make sure I get in right away. Great customer service!"

"My one valve cover gasket seems to be leaking within a month of repair. Also my performance logs say my car was driven WOT through a couple gears and in sport mode. PSI was max peak. seem like cool guys, wish their mechanics were smart enough to delete logs after beating up your car. however price was very fair, wish i would’ve paid more for a more trusty service. seems like everyone else has good reviews, maybe it was just an off week."

"One of the best Saab shops around. I drove out from Georgia to visit family and to take my V6 Aero to Boyds for a much needed service. I have trusted Boyds since the 1990s working on my 1986 Saab 9000. It's worth the drive! Howard was wonderful to work with, patiently answered all my questions and quoted a very fair price for the work needed. My Saab is running great for a 16 year old car. Skyler went above and beyond making sure it was fixed right Awesome job guys! You helped save another Saab! I highly recommend this shop. Trustworthy, friendly and fair."
