"Pointless institution. Have called three times on the same establishment with zero change effected. It's a private pool. They ride the tiny HOA pools with strict enforcement but a pool that has much higher usage and no upkeep they do nothing about."

"Every time I’ve had to visit the WIC office it’s been an unpleasant experience. The staff is not very friendly, and doesn’t tell me everything I need. There’s also one nurse in particular that frustrates me and I absolutely dread having to see her. Every time I’ve had to see her she’s brushed off questions, made unprofessional comments, and made errors. I’m lactose intolerant and she removed that off my benefits for NO REASON so I only had full on dairy options, to fix it I had to go in in-person. I don’t know why she did that, she never even asked me about it during my appointment, but after that appointment it was just gone. The experiences I’ve dealt with that nurse alone make me want to give up the benefits even though it helps us greatly."
