Utah's Rib & Chop House - St. George

"I actually was able to make a reservation for 25 people for my Mom's 80th Birthday. The food was wonderfully prepared to perfection. The staff was over the top great and the atmosphere was classy and modern. I was allowed to bring in a Birthday Cake which I could stored in the refrigerator until we were ready for it. When the cake was brought out they gave me a lighter and some candles and cake plates for everyone. That was an extra plus on their fantastic customer service. We even got to bring in fresh flowers to decorate the tables. Thank-You Rib & Chop House for making our evening extra special. The Birthday Great-Granny was a happy Lady!"

"Was a very good experience. I had the surf and turf specials, it was delicious! steak was a little on the raw side but was amazing all in all. They were super busy, so I don't mind the slower service and things forgot. Go check them out!!"

"I thought about this review probably more than I should have. I came to this restaurant with some coworkers 4 years ago and had a great experience. I was in town with my wife and decided to go back and relive the memories. The decorum had changed a bit. They now have butcher paper on top of the tables with crayons which is pretty cool because if take your kids there they can just color all over the table. The service was excellent The building was clean it had a fairly fun atmosphere. I ordered ribs and they were just really really overcooked. I know ribs are supposed to be smoked for a long time but these ones were pretty charred on one end, on the bottom. I didn't really know until I was in the middle of the rack but it just had a real bitter flavor to it. Ended up leaving some of them. I know I could have talked to the staff about it but I'm not one to return food to the kitchen it just feels awkward. I'd probably go back but I don't know what I'd get. I should say my wife ordered a steak. It was cooked exactly how she wanted it. She said it was delicious."

"Great service, especially a big thank you to Carter our waiter at that night. The side dishes and steaks were tasty and exactly cooked as requested. Probably one of the best steaks we had during our stays in the US. We will keep our eyes open for the restaurant as it belongs to a chain and is available in different states in the US. For sure a place we will eat again."

"Had a nice dinner at Ribs and Chop House when in St George. We sat in the bar area due to the lack of booths in the dining area. Service was prompt and the waitress pleasant. Started off with a wonderful Jambalaya type soup with sausage, chicken and shrimp. Had a nice and spicy flavor that would make a Cajun happy! Followed that up with a large order of their chicken fried steak. A very hot, large portion of two delicious chicken breasts smothered in gravy and a heaping pile of mashed potatoes. Definitely a lot to eat and reasonably priced. Highly recommend Ribs and Chop House if you are traveling thru Southern Utah."
