Denny's

"Went on a Friday night after 10pm. Real quiet and slow. My friend and I got sat in the furthest section from the door and there was only 2 other tables with their food already and 1 almost ready to leave. I ordered the classic sampler with 3 dips. Marinara, ranch, and blue cheese. From the time I ordered to actually getting my food it was more then 30 mins. The food was Lukewarm at best and the marinara looked like what was left in the bottom of the sauce pan sitting on low for hours. He said the cook was making new marinara. He never asked to refill my drink. My friends order was just as bad. When we left our waiter was at the register when we paid and commented to the host when my friend paid and didn't tip that he expected that. So embarrassing."

"The food was excellent. The waitress and her trainee seemed lovely. However the host could have been a little more. . . . Well just nicer. I asked for cutlery and it really seemed to up set them. And they had been pretty impatient with customers that were leaving when I walked in."

"Our server delivered our drinks, my wife had hot chocolate. She noticed that there was lip stick on the cup. We asked David for a new cup. Well we did get a new cup, however he poured the hot chocolate from the dirty cup to the clean. We asked and he said that inside of the cup was clean? We refused the drink. His service was good, but really. Pour from a dirty cup to a clean one. Does not cost him. Well it did, the tip wasn't we normally leave."

"Usually this chain is average / above average, for the locations I visited so far, but this one... so disappointed. The lady that took my order seemed taken a back when I asked how the eggs will be served and I can have them over easy. It seemed I disturbed her morning vibes with my request. As seen in one of the pictures, I was served a spoiled strawberry. Like... Why? The cook cannot see it when is cutting it? Also, the pancakes were served at the same time as with the fried eggs and hash browns which obviously would make them COLD by the time you get to them, hence hard and less savory."

"Denny's is a good place to go every now and then. The food is decent. The service was very good."
