"Setting up the appointment went well and the technician who came to my house was nice and seemed professional which is why I am giving them two stars. The only problem is that the repairs were expensive and didn’t fix the problem completely. I could tell my refrigerator wasn’t cooling like it should be and the the ice maker had stopped working. The assumption was that this was because the temp wasn’t getting enough quite low enough so they replaced my compressor and my evaporator. However, I was charged $787 and my ice maker still isn’t working. When I reached out, they suggested I push the reset button which I had already done before they came out the first time and have since done multiple times and has not fixed anything. I can’t help feeling like I paid a lot of money for repairs that didn’t really solve a big part of my problem and may not have even been necessary. They have not offered to come resolve the ice maker which I expected to be part of what I was paying for."

"I'm in disbelief right now. Not only is our fridge working again, but Utah Appliance Tech is handling all the LG warranty stuff. That alone would warrant a 5 star review, but on top of that, the woman I spoke with on the phone and the man who came out to fix it were the nicest, most helpful people I've ever worked with. Oh, and on top of THAT, they were able to fit me into their schedule in just two days! I expected to pay a thousand dollars or more and be without a fridge for weeks, but instead I've got a working fridge at no cost to me just two days after calling them. So, if you have a broken LG appliance, it's a no-brainer to go with Utah Appliance Tech. Even if/when one of my appliances breaks that's not under warranty, they're going to be the first and only call I make. I know I'm using a lot of hyperbole but that's really how impressed I am with this company."

"Repairman arrived early and changed out compressor on refrigerator in less than 45 minutes. Awesome person I did it get his name or I would have complemented him in this comment. My appointment was for a Friday but thankfully there was a cancellation and we were moved up to Tuesday. Great service. Not too sold on LG, but their contract service is great."
