"Found the appliances we needed, they worked with us on holding it and loaded it when the time came. Didn't have any issues at all. When we went the first time they had only 1 sells person on the floor, 2nd time there was 2. All in all though they have reasonably priced items, was easy to work with and a very cute guard dog."

I do most of my own repairs and they've helped me diagnose problems and given me tips for how to do the repair. Their advice has almost always been spot on. Their prices for parts are fair and it's nice to have the part that day rather than wait for shipping. If they don't have a part I order through them for the good price and to support a local business who has given me such excellent service."
