"My husband bought me a digital frame for Christmas. I got sick with Covid and was unable to set it up immediately. When I was finally able to set it up unfortunately the frame was defective. There is a large white stripe right through the picture. They wouldn’t return it because it was past the thirty days even though their website claims they have a 60 days return policy. I’m just sick about it because it’s something I’ve really wanted for an long time and it was a lot of money ($171). But now all I have is a defective frame. Wish we’d ordered from Amazon because they would have allowed me to return until Jan 30. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again."

"My last few trips to Best Buy have been incredibly smooth. I am always asked if I need help finding anything right when I walk in! Today the guys at geek squad were able to help me fix my Apple Pencil within minutes!"

"Don't go to Best Buy. They will sell you things that don't work and when it comes time to honor the warranty they sell you, they will avoid contact to make sure the warranty runs out and then tell you, "oh well, for your warranty to be valid you need to live closer to the store to return it because we don't care if you are sick or elderly, it's your fault for not living closer so we can help you." Best Buy told me, a cancer patient whom is fighting to survive, that too bad it is my own fault for not being able to return the product they sold me and they don't care what they sold me."

"Drove to one Best Buy, they were out of stock of the item I needed, and said they had the items at another location. The next day I drove the other location, and the sales price changed on the item from the day before and they told me they wouldn’t honor the sales price. I asked if they would price match if I found it online. Sure enough, I found the item online at the sales price from the day before, but they wouldn’t price match because it was sold and shipped by different companies. Customer service would’ve gone a long way on this one since I drove a total of two and a half hours over the last couple days to get strung along by Best Buy, when I could’ve just ordered from another vendor online and saved time, effort, and money. This is the last time I’ll step foot in a Best Buy. When I complained, the sales clerk said Best Buy is a multi-billion dollar company, and basically, I didn’t matter."

"Best Buy manages to have good price and I feel like it’s always easy to find what I need when I go there. Their stock is great too so they will usually have what I need. I also liked that they anticipated some of their Black Friday deals for the rest of the week so you don’t have to go in on Friday when the store is so busy it’s hard to walk in there. My friend went in this Black Friday tho and said it wasn’t too bad and he was able to be in and out in less than 20 minutes, so props to them and their organization!"
