"I came in for a $16 item and the cashier refused to give me the 15% off coupon on it. "You have to show it to me" Show you what man the coupons are paperless now. Are you going to make me play with my phone in the checkout line holding things up?! I asked him to just add the coupon for me. He tells me that SOME stores do that but this one does not.
