"I was referred to them by our plumber Mike Healey. He does great work but not sure why he works with this company. Project was finishing a bathroom in the basement. It was hard to get everything scheduled to meet with the rep Mike told us to speak to. (My wife and I will take some of the ownership of that) Once scheduled the purchasing went fine. They called me a day later saying it was ready for pickup. I opted to pickup instead of Mike (hind sight should have let Mike and team handle it) went there picked up the boxes they gave me me and headed home. (My bad again for not making them point everything out) A week or so later Mike comes to install everything and we are missing the shower kit that we did buy. Called and left message for our rep and heard nothing back. (And this immediately after Mike’s guy was just on the phone with rep) I ended up just purchased a kit off the truck to get it done and not have to pay Mike and team to come back out. But now I am out money for the shower kit we did not get. Mountainland still has not called me back and it has been almost a week."

"I went to Mountainland Supply in Spanish Fork yesterday morning before work looking for tub parts and the girl wasn’t any help. She told me to come back when the showroom opened. Returned on my lunch hour and Brylee found exactly what I was looking for within a few short minutes and got it all ordered! Brylee is very knowledgeable, appreciates the customer’s time, and even went above and beyond to offer help which is almost unheard of these days and most definitely appreciated! If you need an expert with stellar customer service, Brylee is your gal!"

"My wife posted a review that is not seen. It only shows up on her account or computer she's logged in. They replied immediately saying they would contact tomorrow and it's been 3 days now and nothing. So here it is again because I can't find her review anywhere. Probably was cheaper to pay Google to make it disappear. To add to this, after all that was said an not done, I emailed and text Breezy pictures and a video to ensure that the support was done correctly as to avoid the same issue but had not heard back from her or anyone still. So I decided to order it through Home Depot even though it cost more. Here's my wife's original review. We bought a 36" fireclay farmhouse sink through our contractor who installed it and then only a week and a half later the sink cracked! It started from the bottom corner then cinched over up and around the bowl then on to the drain. Our contractor got back to us saying you guys refuse to cover the sink under warranty. My husband called you guys and kept getting the run around...he finally talked to Breezy and Chad who claimed our contractor said the sink was filled w/ dishes (isnt that what a sink is for??) but to answer that--we never filled the sink w/ dishes nor did we say that to our contractor! When our contractor called you back Breezy you said its because we used the sink with a temporary countertop--which our contractor said we could btw until our quartz countertops come in. We showed pictures to friends who have experience with marble and other stone and they think the sink was bad from stock. They're pretty certain it was dropped, yet you dont want to take any responsibility for a bad product! We emailed Bocchi directly to see if they would cover the sink and we will be filing a complaint w/ the BBB to mtnland plumbing spanish fork not to mention all the negative reviews on social media we can due to your poor customer service especially when we just paid $700 for a sink that didnt last 2 wks and you wont take back! If we could give a negative star thats what youd get on this review!"

He transferred it down from another location to have it closer for pickup. He even called me when it arrived. I really appreciate working with someone who understands and values customer service.
