"During the house building process, I worked with a lot of different subs. Inzpire, our exterior guy, was our hardest sub to work with. They took so long and took short cuts that we had to ask them to fix, but the thing that upsets me the most is how Rich has ghosted me after I paid him. We’ve needed a few things fixed after moving in, and I haven’t been able to get a hold of him. He won’t respond to my texts, messages or phone calls. When you pay someone over $100k, you should be able to count on them to make sure you’re happy. We have paint peeling and brick cracking. I have had countless subs come back and fix the issues, but not Rich. I will never recommend this company to anyone or ever use them again. Do yourself a favor and find someone else"

"I had carpet installed 2 years ago in 2019. I contacted Inzpire in 2021because my carpet was buckling in every room in my house. I was told that they could provide with the name of their installers and I would need to contact them to see if they would come and fix my carpet and I would be responsible for all costs. I understand if this was 1 room or one area but the problem is in multiple areas in every room in my house that I have carpet. I would not recommend due to lack of customer service and poor installation."
