"I had Simmons flooring replace the carpet in 7 rooms in my house. The carpet is rippling and bubbling in ALL 7 rooms. I have had to pay to get the carpet stretched because it was 2 years after install and they only warranty the labor for 1 year. Carpet is great, but the install was terrible! *In reply to company’s response. I called 18 months after install and was told about the 1 year warranty. Since that time, I have only had 1 floor of the carpet stretched seeing it was $1000, I have waited to do the remaining 4 rooms. I have been so frustrated walking into the other rooms for the last 4 years that’s why I’m finally writing the review, I’m not big on writing reviews. I can assure you it is not the care of the carpet or the house as we have since had the same carpet installed in the basement by another company! Every company that came to bid the carpet stretching informed me that it was very poor installation."
