"Online it says they close at 9. I showed up at 8:15 to drop my ring off to get it re sized, the doors were locked and the sales associate turned around when I tried to open the door and gave me the most disgusted look and literally shooed me away with her hand. Very rude, even tho I purchased my wedding ring from here I will never give them my business again. Not for a re size, a cleaning, nothing. Very off putting customer service."
